Dear friend,

How are you today? Are you okay? I hope you are well with your lovely family. I heard that you have a hard problem in your life. How far serious it is? Are there like a climbing the Everest mountain or anything else until you want to end your life. How can you be like this? As I know you are a strong person.

Actually, you are not alone. You still have me as your friend. Suicide is not one way to solve your problem either it is a hard or small thing cases. I think you should think deep down wisely. Everyone loves you no matter who are you it is or right now. If you think that all people do not love you more, you are wrong. There are a lot of person that cares of you so much such as your family and me.

If you thing that you are the only one person that had through a problem, a lot of person in this world may have to face their trouble problem too. Many kind of the person in out there had to face the hardest problem other than you. For your information suicide is a ridiculous thing in the world. In Islam the person who wants to kill themselves are more cruel than killer. Life is more important than everything.  You should know that.

Sometimes a smaller problem it is, we put it as biggest things and we just need to solve its like pick a fingers. Sometimes we have to through a lot of problem that actually make us more courageous than before. Most important are whenever you have a hard problem you should put in all the stress out of your mind. Stress will make you crazy if you keep it yourself.

Here I share you a tips how to handle the stress:

1.      Talk. Don’t hold all you’re feeling within. Discuss your stressful feeling with someone you trust like family or best friend.
2.      Act. Be willing to take risk and make change no matter how small it is.
3.      Listen to your body. Learn to listen to your body signal and find way to reduce stress.
4.      Be in charge. Discover what you need to feel good about yourself and get your need met.
5.      Don’t overwhelm yourself. Its means learn how to delegate and how to say no without feeling guilty. Ever ask for help if you need it.
6.      Get away. Go somewhere new for a few hours or a few days if you can afford to. It at least will release you from stress and open your mind with new things.
7.      Extend yourselves. Make your own life better by making someone else life better.
8.      Make success happen. If you can’t change the world, change yourself. In other words learn how to love yourself as you are, while you work towards your goals. Then make a commitment to yourself to start improving the things about yourself and your life that need it.
9.      Socialize. Spend time with family and your friends for love and support. Don’t be afraid to enjoy yourself. Appreciate friendship and let other know you are cares about them too. Love may not conquer all, but it’s a great start.
10.  Learn how to be happy. One thing all of life’s winners have in common is a sense of well-being, a positive attitude and realistic goals. Focus on the good thing about yourself and in your life. Nobody’s perfect. Learn to enjoy the little things that make you happy.

All this way at least can reduce stress in your life. You must believe yourself. Thing positively and start your life by smiling. It another thing way to release your stress. Never say give up and start your life now with a happily thing. Brought happiness in yourself and make it in your own life.  Always remember that you are not alone... you still have a lot friends out there.
